As we start planning for our CET Conference 2020, we would like to inform you of the procedure for the Friday Night Cocktail Reception.

 

As the TTOA conference is now one of the biggest optometry conferences in the English speaking Caribbean, it is very important that we know beforehand how many people will be present for everyone’s safety and comfort.

 

The Friday night will be a ticketed event.

 

All optometrists who have registered for the full weekend conference will be given two tickets included as part of their registration fee.

 

Optometrists who are only attending certain sessions will be given one ticket included as part of their registration fee.

 

All para optometrists who have registered for the conference will be given one ticket as part of their registration fee.

 

All students who have registered for the conference will be given one ticket as part of their registration fee.

 

These tickets need to be picked up at Island Eyes Optical Boutique, 3-4 Eastern Main Road or from members of the Executive committee. ( Date and time will be announced closer to the time.)

 

Students and Staff of UWI: Tickets can be collected from Mr. Niall Farnon. 

 

 

Anyone who needs a ticket or require extra tickets: Tickets will be available for collection at Island Eyes Optical Boutique, 3-4 Eastern Main Road or from members of the Executive Committee. (Price,date and time will be announced closer to the time of the conference.)

 

Tickets will only be available for collection at the door for our overseas guests. Anyone requiring tickets to purchase on the night, if available, will have to pay the fee as decided by the Executive Committee of the TTOA.

 

When collecting the tickets you will be required to give your name which will be written onto the ticket.

 

Should you for some reason be unable to attend the reception and want to give your ticket to someone else, it must be returned to Island Eye Optical Boutique and the name of the replacement should be given. This can only be done at the least 2 days before the reception date or unless special arrangements were made with Mrs. Roxanne St Rose as the organizer of the event. There will be no exceptions to this.

 

On the Friday night, all attendees should bring ID and the ticket stub should be kept to allow access in and out of the ballroom.
